Where we deliver

We currently deliver to all the available shipping countries at our checkout, as per availability. Contact us on WhatsApp for more info.

Payment

The payment methods available for your address are shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a confirmation with tracking details where the courier provides them.

Address details

Please check your address and phone number at checkout; the courier will use them to contact you. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away at hello@mypalaceperfumes.com. We cannot always change an order once it has been dispatched.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the parcel and product. We will replace a damaged or incorrect item. See our Refund policy.
